Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hey I recently quit maturbating cold turkey and after 2 weeks my left nut started hurting me really bad out of the blue.... I guess what I m trying to ask is should I go back to masturbating or will this keep happening? P.s. I masturbated that night and the pain stopped
The possible issue with sudden pain in left testicle can be related to underlying orchitis, prostate inflammation or urinary tract infection with secondary changes. Pain relief with masturbation indicates congestion in prostate vesicles or seminal vesicles most likely which gets relieved after ejaculation. You require basic evaluation with ultrasound of the prostate, seminal vesicles, testicles and semen analysis with urine microscopy to find out the underlying cause and get management in accordance to that only.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
