What Causes Sudden Pain In The Thighs?

Out of the blue today I started having pain in my thighs first just one and then shortly after that the other. The kind of pain you get from over exercising but I didn t do anything to cause it. It s quite painful and seems muscular but I m not sure... what do you suggest?

Hello,

It is a muscular pain. Take pain killer like ibuprofen or paracetamol. A magnesium supplement can help resolve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
