What Causes Sudden Pain In Upper Abdomen Post Intake Of Food?

I am experience sudden pain in my upper abdomen (just below my breasts, centrally located) It is insidious in onset, painful to palpation as well as without. It came on immediately following dinner but does not seem like standard indigestion. i am a 56 year old female. Overweight and out of shape.

I really appreciate your concern, this is typical symptoms of hyperacidity and may be associated with dyspepsia having some infection or allergic condition, in my opinion initially such symptoms alone can be treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for couple of weeks, if the symptoms does not improved then infection need to be ruled out, take care.
