What Causes Sudden Pain On Left Hand?

Hi, I am a 18 years old I feel a sudden pain in my left hand whenevr I apply a pressure on it or bend on my hand, I feel like my veins are paining the pain stays and goes away, recently the pain started to reach my palms. Note that the pain comes when I bend on my hand and I used to bend on my hand previously but without this pain.
