What Causes Sudden Pain On The Left Side Of The Chest?

I feel a sudden pain in my left chest a lot of times, pain that seems something is blocking as i feel in just a second, is it associated with my heart? I have undergone angiogram 2 years ago, and have series of check up from the last six months, eco, stress test and ecg. Thanks

If all the tests you mentioned are negative the pain could either be muscular or due to severe gastritis please try applying local analgesic to the area where it pains and take pantodac 40 mg half an.hour before food it should help
