What Causes Sudden Pain Under Left Rib Cage?

I was playing in the yard and ny husband pulled me up on his back I have had pain just below my nipple on the left side of my rib cage can t sleep on my sides hurts to cough sneeze or move much it has been 2 weeks little better but still very uncertainty painful what can I do.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain may be very likely and this could be muscles pulled and other symptoms of sneezing are not due to this, pain can be best managed with any analgesic medicine and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
