What Causes Sudden Passing Out With Pain In The Back During Urination?

my mother in law was sitting up making a sandwich when she passed out. She will not open her eyes, continues to sleep but when she does talk, without opening her eyes, she complains of pain in her back, head, when she urinates. blood test are good, white blood count good, no UTI

may be calculi so ultrasound kub can be done and consult urosurgeon. maintain hydration. electrolyte balancing should be done if any deficiancy supliment should be taken.
