What Causes Sudden Pressure In The Chest, Nausea, Dizziness Loss Of Appetite?
My symptoms started suddenly yesterday out of the blue at work I was fine then all of a sudden I felt a great pressure in my chest then got very nauseated and dizzy I ve felt the same since with actual vomiting and no ability to eat at all I still feel weak dizzy and very tired

Here two possibility can be there ...
1.Cardiac cause
2.viral gastritis
As you have chest pressure much and dizziness associated , rule out cardiac causes by ....
- blood pressure monitoring
- EKG
- echo (if needed )
If cardiac cause like IHD or CHF present treated accordingly .....
If no cardiac cause than viral gastroenteritis can lead such presentation...
For that symptomatic management done with omeprazole capsule course ....
Excess spicy foods , smoking , alcohol like gastric irritants avoided ....
Advise : physician consultation...
