What Causes Sudden Raised Heart Beats And Breathlessness

Hi, iv been refered to a cardiologist at beginning of year I explained everything to him he didn't do any tests and put it down to nerve damage in my back. Still getting breathless and heart starts beating fast for no reason for example just now I was sitting down haven't done anything and felt like something took my breath and my heart starting
Beating fast. Please can you help ?

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms need to be investigated for cardiac disease first and the best option would be EKG and ECHO if these turned unremarkable then just forget about this, because such symptoms then could be due to some functional condition, hope this helps.
