What Causes Sudden Right Hearing Loss With Slight Tinnitus?
When I woke up this morning I realized I lost all my hearing from my right ear. I did a Debrox rinse with warm water, and no wax came out. I know some people loose some of there hearing over time with age, but 1 ear over night? Never heard of that. Could it be an ear infection. My ear doesn t hurt, but I do have a slight ringing sound in my head.

hello, thanks for your query, sudden hearing loss, unilateral with out any ear infection should be evaluated by audiometry and oto endoscopy. kindly visit an ent surgeon. all the best. take care.
