Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I take Lisinipril and BP runs 140/90 p 70 normally. Was at work today and suddenly noticed I was feeling my heartbeat. BP was 170/80 p 49. No other symptoms. At home now, BP and pulse normal and feel fine. Anything to be concerned about I am 61, male, non smoker/drinker. Normal weight and exercise regularly
Dear blood pressure can change during day especially at work You are on medication so you don't have to worry too much Measure often your blood pressure these days, if it persist high than lisinopril isn't enough so you will have to take something else (probably diuretics) Best regards
