What Causes Sudden Rise In Heart Rate With Breathlessness?
Am 20 years old and about 5.8 tall i weight about 75 and no poor medical history.I am a sports person i play football and am quite fast and all but suddenly i dont do much and my heart starts beating fast and i have to stop to catch my breath i have no idea whats up plus with this going on i cant really do much am kind of scared i will drop if the heart beat goes any futher

Tachycardia and elevated heart rate can happen after conditions like excitement and anger. Generally it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist better to consult a cardiologist and go for serial ECG monitoring to rule out cardiac arrhythmia. Wishing you good health.
