Hy I had a medical abortion and a few days passed then on my fifth day I had this huge anal pain and abdominal pain first I thought it could be the process but pills don’t help at all and now I notice it’s an anal pain cause I have been farting a lot and when I stop the pain starts and I can’t be able to do outdoor activities

I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR.

It could be an infection or irritable bowel syndrome. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
