General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your history, the lower back pain has been caused due to muscle soreness and strain. Bed rest along with basic pain killers like ibuprofen or paracetamol will reduce the pain and discomfort. In case of severe pain, muscle relaxants like Chlorzoxazone can be used at night. Vitamin D and calcium supplements can also be taken in case of deficiency.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
