I was taking some items out of the back part of my vehicle, nothing out of the ordinary, when I experience an extremely sharp pain in my entire lower abdominal area. I was unable to move for a few seconds due to the pain. I made it up the stairs to the front door and immediately dropped the items that I had in my hand. I had to literally hold on to my abdominal area in order to feel relief. I sat down for a few minutes mainly because I had no idea what was happening to me. When I got up from my sitting position, I felt a very sharp pain on my left hand side in the area where I believe my kidney is located. I have NEVER experienced such pain as I did. I don t have fever, am not pregnant, don t take any medications or illegal drugs, don t drink alcohol, and am pretty much overall healthy. The only health issue I have is Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis - other than that, I have no idea why I had that horrible pain. I am still walking slower than usual due to the annoying pain that has yet to go away. Any idea what it could be? Thank you very much
