What Causes Sudden Shortness Of Breath And Tightness In The Throat?

Good Afternoon, sorry to bother you. I am 47 years old, run 2 mies 5 days a week. I drink maybe twice a month. I do smoke but not a lot. Last night I had a hard time sleeping. I felt uneasy, no pain, just shortness of breath. Today I feel tired and my throat feels tight still no pain in any arms or legs. I do no take medication, I do take calcium pills over the counter for my bones.

You should undergo chest X-ray PA view.

Also, undergo blood pressure monitoring.

Avoid smoking and alcohol.
