What Causes Sudden Sickness Of Stomach, Lightness In Head And Muffled Ear?

I was just sitting in class when all of a sudden I became very sick to my stomach then it moved to my head were I beace very light headed and dizzy then the next thin I know y hear became muffled in both ears. After about 3-5 minutes I was back to normal and felt fine. What was that all about?
