What Causes Sudden Spotting Of Blood And Pain In The Ear?

Hello, how are you? A few days ago I cleaned my right ear with a cotton bud, I noticed that there was a slight speck of blood on the cotton bud. Since then I have had continuous ear ache, especially when I apply pressure, sleep on that side or tilt my head sideways on the affected side. Is this serious and should I be worried? Thank you for all your time and help.

Hi,
It seems that while cleaning the ear with cotton bud there might be having some soreness or scratch causing some infection in your external ear.
Put antibiotic ear drops 3-4 times a day for 2-3 days.
If pain persisted then go for one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
