What Causes Sudden Stomach Pain, Black Out And Humming Sound In Ears?

Dear Sir,

My wife had sudden pain in stomach, humming sound in ears, complained about everithing going blank, when consulted a neurologisrt, he priscribed trioptal and gardinal, after that she has not complained about the same since last 6 months ,how long she has to take the medicine and what is the reason.
