What Causes Sudden Stomach Pain,dizziness And Pale Lips?

Hello, my wife was walking, when suddenly she became dizzy, her stomach hurt and her face went white, lips pale. I took her home, gave her fluids, some orange juice. Within 10 minutes she was feeling better. She also got her period tonight. What could have caused this?

It can be because of severe dysmenorrhea wh8ch means severe abdominal pain due to menses or it can be due to premenstrual dysphoria which occurs in some women which leads headache, dizziness.
However in my opinion you should take her to doctor for further evaluation.
