General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that you are experiencing an episode of hypotension or even hypoglycemia. Should measure and monitor your blood pressure (bp) and blood sugar levels (BSL), record the results for reference.

Should keep well hydrated. Have your meals regularly.

You need to run a few series of diagnostic tests:
- complete blood count
- urine analysis
- blood electrolytes
- liver/kidney/pancreas function tests
- fasting glucose/HBA1C test
- thyroid function test
- complete cardiac check up

If everything is ok, then, should check your GI tract to rule out gastritis or other stomach issues.
Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
