What Causes Sudden Sweating With Weakness In The Morning?

HI, I experienced sudden sweating and weakness in the morning while travelling..it happened yesterday too around the same time...I had my breakfast approx.20 mins before that and a glass of water..Body temperature is normal, I am not on medications..there is no chest pain or headache or any other feeling..it just felt like weakness/sweating and kind of nervousness...

Hai, Thanks for choosing HCM,
sudden sweating and weaknesses indicates
may be due to the following,
1)HYPOGLYCEMIA. Investigate your Blood sugar levels both fasting and postprandial with three months monitor of bloodsugar by doing Hb1Ac
that is Glycated haemoglobin.
2) Thyroid tests to rule out Hyperthyroidism
by doing T4 and T3 uptake tests and TSH level test.
