What Causes Sudden Swelling Behind Knee?

I have a swelling behind my knee without warning it became swollen within 10 minutes, I have had both kneecaps Oxford Knee replacements, which have been pain freedom years, this welling was very sudden, all Ican put it down to kicking a football,cannot now do a 90% bend because of the swelling

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the knee joint replacement then such symptoms may be likely and the only option is do not try to bend the knee joint keep the leg in elevated position and "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
