Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My boyfriend has gotten a sudden swollen lip twice in the last week. No injury, but it looks like fat lip, with some numbness and tingling. He also has had a stye or chalazion for several months. He has several red, raised patches on each check bone and on one side of his nose that have been there for quite a while. In the winter, his toes get red patches and sometimes tingle like an Athlete s Foot flare up, but there is no itching. Some toes get purple-red for a day or two. Also he has some bumps on scalp and one skin legion that hasn t changed on his right forearm for several years. He had a blood clot about 5 years ago and still has swelling in his right calf. He has left arm pain only when walking uphill, but that goes away when he rests and eventually he can walk for miles. Could all of these things be related?
