What Causes Sudden Swelling On Calf?

I fell on my knee about 2 months ago. Had an xray all is fine. Still a little sore, but has been much better. However, today my calf is swollen on the same leg. I measured and it is an inch larger than my right leg. No pain. It isn't hot to the touch. Not sure what is going on.
