What Causes Sudden Temperament With Tiredness For Slightest Things?

I don t know what s wrong with me, i feel like i can t trust anyone, i always feel tired, and i can t stand being home. I get angry at the slightest things and i keep getting into trouble. I don t want to get into trouble. it just happens. i can t control myself. My boyfriend broke up with me and now i just feel hopeless. death would be so much easier than dealing with all of this stress. What s wrong with me?
