What Causes Sudden Temporary Double Vision?

About six weeks ago I woke up with double vision.I saw 2 different specialists and had all the tests done. Both said it was a single nerve in my right eye. Both said no treatment necessary, that it would clear up in 6 to 8 weeks. My vision got better some but it has been about the same for the last month.Do you think it will clear up and is there anything I can do to help along? Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

It’s better to advise an oculist first and than to have a further examination and probably treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
