What Causes Sudden Uncomfortable Pressure In The Brain While Dancing?

I was mimicing a dance move and jerked my head back and had a very sharp pain in my brain. My whole brain. This usually happend to me when I make a sudden movement but only on the the side. what can this be? The VERY sharp pain only lasts a few minutes but a slight uncomfortable pressure lingers for about 30 minutes? what is this?
