What Causes Sudden Uncontrollable Shivering, Cold, Fever, Dizzy And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi, I arrived home and was feeling fine,no issues at all. All of a sudden I started shivering uncontrollably and felt really cold and unwell. I went to bed and stayed in bed sleeping the whole next day, fever 38.5 tummy pains, feeling hot and dizzy when standing, no appetite. By the next day I still have no appetite but I am up and about.

Sudden chills & rigor ( shivering) , cold , fever and unwell with 38.5 C fever may be due to these reasons.
1 Malaria may be the main reason of such symptoms .Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood film examination for malarial parasites .
2 Urinary tract infection may be the second reason , so get in urine culture and sensitivity examination . As UTI is also main cause of sudden shivering and fever .
3 Sometimes such low grade fever may be due to Typhoid fever . Diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test and serology test .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion .
