Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
There are many causes of sudden urinary incontinence as follow:-
1. Urinary tract infection. Most common is Urinary tract infection. Infections can irritate your bladder, causing you to have strong urges to urinate, and sometimes incontinence. Urine examination should be done. Presence of Pus cells , tissue and red blood cell will suggest infection. Antibiotics will be needed. Drinking ample amount of fluid also helps
2.Intake of excessive diuretic like tea, coffee & alcohol can alos cause urinary incontinence.
3. Stones in ureter, bladder can cause obstruction to flow of urine & urinary incontinence.
4.Hysterectomy or damage the supporting pelvic floor muscles, can lead to incontinence.
5.Enlarged prostate- Especially in older men, incontinence often stems from enlargement of the prostate gland, a condition known as benign prostatic hyperplasia.

So you should visit a urologist, he would give you a proper diagnose & treat accordingly

Hoping your query is solved.
