Dear Doctor, I was all of a sudden having vasculitis. Doctor advised me Prednisolone 20 mg (Once in a day). azathioprine 50 mg (once in a day), Loratadine 10 mg (Once in a day), Pantropazole 40 mg (Once in a day). Before taking medicine my SGPT was in the range of 110-130. After taking medicine for oone week the SGPT reduced to 78 and SGOT was 22. But after taking 3 weeks of medicine SGPT was increased to 1109 and SGOT 477 . Currently doctor stopped all medicines and asked me to take light food. He has further checked the blood and found following Billirubin DIrect 0.552 mg/dL Urine, Urobillionogen Increased (+) Billirubin Total, Serun 0.788 mg/dL Alkaline Phosphate , Serum 334 U/L All value of CBC was found normal. Kindly advise the action.
