What Causes Sudden Vibration In Whole Body And Fast Heart Rate?

I just woke up from a short nap and my body is vibrating because my heart rate is so fast, why is that happening? I have been diagnosed with a viral infection so im on two kinds of antibiotics and i have been throwing up and coughing when i move suddenly.

Looks like you are suffering from viral fever manifesting into viral myocarditis,
Do not worry
It is more common with these fevers
Due to viraemia, dehydration, temperature variation, , electrolyte imbalance, fever myalgia sudden onset of palpitations are , more likely
It is usually self limiting (may last for 3 to 4 weeks duration)
It alternates with bradycardia to tachycardia, presenting with palpitations.
