What Causes Sudden Weakness In Leg And Arm Of A Heart Patient?

I was at work standing, when all of a sudden my left leg and left arm wants to collapse just no energy to move I was holding the counter so I won t just fall on the floor. I didn t know what was happening. It took only few seconds then it went ack to normal. I have mitral mechanical valve 8 yrs ago and pacemaker 2 yrs ago

This needs immediate evaluation since it could be a transient ischemic attack--a threatened stroke

You need an MRI of the brain, carotid artery Doppler studies and an EKG along with an echocardiogram
