What Causes Sudden Weakness In Leg And Cramps In Shoulder And Collar Bone?

hello, my left leg just gave out for no reason when i landed on the floor I couldnt fell anything in my leg not even tingling so I got up and it did it again. Is this anything serious? My upper left shouder and collar bone feel like they have a cramp more then chest pians.
