What Causes Sudden Weakness In The Body?

Last night when I was suddenly awakened by an outside noise, I walked to the back door where my neighbor was in need of something. After she left, I closed the door and immediately dropped to the floor. I was unable to get up and could only crawl back to my bed and pull myself up onto my bed with my arms.
