Hi,

There are many potential causes for the symptoms you describe. Here are a few possibilities:
* Fluid retention: Sudden weight gain and swollen ankles can be signs of fluid retention, which may be caused by various health conditions such as heart, kidney, or liver disease.
* Thyroid disorders: The thyroid gland produces hormones that regulate metabolism, so an overactive or underactive thyroid can affect your weight and energy levels.
* Nutritional deficiencies: A lack of nutrients like iron, B vitamins, and vitamin C can impact the appearance and health of your nails, and also cause fatigue.
* Inflammation: Inflammation in the body can cause fatigue, weight gain, and changes to your nails. This can be due to an autoimmune condition or chronic infection.
* Medication side effects: Certain medications can cause fluid retention and changes to your nails.

It's important to see a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. They may order blood tests or other diagnostic tests to help determine the cause and proper treatment plan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
