What Causes Sudden Weight Loss And Urinary Incontinence?

Over the past year I have experienced weight loss and about 8 months ago I began experiencing urinary incontinence. That subsided but recently, the past two weeks, I have had visible blood in my urine. The blood in the urine is now gone, but I have a small lump in the left side of my lower abdomen. I have a 13mm kidney stone on the right side and have had the stone for years but I have no flank pain and a CT with contrast in May didn t show anything abnormal in the pelvic region. What could be causing these bizarre intermittent symptoms?
