What Causes Suffocation During Nights Along With Swelling In Chest And Neck?

discovered a lump in the front of my neck last tuesday and have noticed swelling of mmy neck and chest and have been sweating alot all the time and last sat was having a hard time breatheing while sleeping kept waking up feelig like i was being suffocated goint to gp tomorrow to have them check it scared what questions should i ask or what tests should they do to rule out cancer or

Hi friend, Don't afraid so much regarding the issue, it may be a lymph node on account of some infection in the chest. Thorough investigations are required to rule out the underlying condition. Get your blood tests done along with chest X-ray.
