What Causes Sulfur Burps And Gas, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I have had sulfur burps, sulfur gas, diarrhea, and some vomiting going on three days now. I have some pretty severe tenderness in my lower stomach that will wake me up if I roll over onto my stomach at night and some pretty severe cramping that will hit out of nowhere. I do get the sulfur burps with occasional diarrhea and vomiting usually about once a month, but it normally lasts no more than 24 hours. I have had 4 occasions of them in the last month and this is the longest it has ever lasted. I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis, but am not on anything for it as of right. I was taken off of insulin and put on invokana about 3 months ago and trulicity about 6 weeks ago and was kept on my metformin time release. I also take levothyroxin. I am in pain, and extremely uncomfortable.
