What Causes Sunburn, Dizziness And Soreness In Throat?

Hello, I got a pretty bad sunburn yesterday. I was fine until later that evening when I got extremely dizzy and then got instant throat pain like it as closing but just on the right side. I took benedryl and tried to go to sleep only i was up all night. Today I am very weak, achy, headache, shortness of breath, sore throat on the right side and painful to swallow. Any idea whats going on?

Prolong exposure to sun couses sunburn and dehydration. This leads to flu like symptoms, need not to worry. Maintain hydration and nutrition with plenty of water.
