What Causes Sunken Spots On Lower Leg?

I have suddenly got s sunken spot on my lower leg to the side / front part about the size of a half of a ladies fist. It just came up today because I noticed it shaving when the razor went off course. It wasnt there yesterday. It doesn t hurt and isn t red or discolored.

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to local inflammation or varicose veins. For this reason, If this spot persists, I would recommend performing a Doppler ultrasound of the leg vessels in order to investigate for varicose veins and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, kidney function tests).
