Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query swallowing difficulty and bumps in the throat could be due to upper respiratory tract infection. It could be due to sinusitis , tonsillitis. I would suggest you to take tablet Sinarest at for three days along with Cetrizine at night time. For relief of throat pain take Calpol. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy foods.Your symptoms will start resolving, if symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Start proper antibiotic course after thorough examination. Go for fibroptic scan if your symptoms are not resolving at all to find out exact cause and then start treatment. Avoid cold carbonated beverages.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
