ENT Specialist 's  Response
You have not mentioned whether it is upper jaw or lower jaw. Upper jaw may be involved with maxillary sinusitis and lower jaw may be having infection (Ludwig's angina), since antibiotics has helped, it is likely an infection , consult an ENT specialist for full treatment.
