What Causes Sweating Along With High BP And High Heart Rate?

I am a 53 year old male and sometimes get a feeling like I am filled with air. This in turn makes me sweat, and increases my blood pressure and heart rate. I feel like I want to keep burping. This normally happens around 1 and a half hours after eating. I actually feels like your heart skips a beat.
