What Causes Sweating And Feeling Cold With Body Aches?

it started 2 days ago, i began to feel different in the afternoon, just like im about to have a slight fever, i still had a quick bath and headed out. then after a fewhours just about sunset i had chills and felt like it was fever. my eyes felt warm. i headed home and laid at bed, without taking any medications then i dont know if im feeling cold or not as i was sweating but feeling cold at the same time, with slight body aches..thinking it was only a regular fever, it took paracetamol+ibuprofen tablet once at about midnight after a short meal.. it felt relieved the whole night and the day after, but that next day, i felt the same, at same time when it was about to get dark. this time i took one paracetamol tab. and today, i was to observe if it will happen again later.. help. tnx

From the available description the first and foremost possibility for you is malaria. Malaria is an infective disorder which is characterized by periodic fever with occurrence of chills and rigor. One episode of fever generally lasts for two to six hours. If you are from and endemic area where malaria is prevalent or recently you had travel to such area then there is high possibility.
If you do not have above two criteria than the second possibility is of abscess somewhere in body.

In either case you need to visit a doctor as soon as possible. He will do blood smear examination to locate the infecting parasite and will prescribe anti malarial medicine like chloroquine.
