What Causes Sweating And Pain In The Body?
while travelling in train,early morning i started sweating a lot every where right form my head.
I also had pain in body.
Found my self very weak and was not able to sit.
Later on admitted to a hospital and was treated with glucose etc.
ECG ,BP found normal. This happened twice .
Once in May 2012 & second time sept 2012

As you describe, it appears to be due to the anxiety of the travel, or the purpose of the travel, with tensions.
In the train if the travel is towards the back of your position, if it happens like this it may be due to the infection of the internal ear.
If the travel is by bus or automobile, you may get the travel sickness.
The supposed treatment is the use of stemetil, before journey for anxiety and motion sickness. If it happens infusion may be necessary.
