What Causes Sweating And Tightness In The Chest?
I had an issue where I felt faint, started sweating, my chest felt tight but not painful, and my hearing was muffled. Blood pressure taken my a medic on site was 74/46 and blood oxigen was 92. they took me to the emergency room and they did CT of the head, chest exrays, blood gases twice and hooked me up t. a heart monitor. everything checked out fine with the exception of the blood pressure and oxigen levels. the blood pressure did come up to 98/60 once they gave me i v fluid. what would cause my blood pressure to drop so low.

You had very low blood pressure. There are various reasons for dropping off blood pressure. It includes diarrheal disease or any other that lead to dehydration of the body.
Some medicine side effects are you have taken. Infection mainly sepsis may also cause low blood pressure.
As you have been given I v fluid that's good, but for proper maintaining good blood pressure take enough fluid with added salt and sugar.
