What Causes Sweating Followed By Low BP And Itchy Hands?

I woke up at 3am, sweating so I thought I would get some water. When I took a few steps, I felt a drop in blood pressure and my legs gave out. I had to lie down on the floor for a few minutes to regain strength. Then my hands started to itch and itched for about ten minutes: I'm 38 years old, is this normal?
