What Causes Sweating With Breathlessness And Tingling Sensation?

i have gotten light headed, started sweating really bad, felt like i was goin to pass out, and felt like i couldnt breath and my body was tingling and felt like i was losin my hearing as well it lasted for 2 minutes. why did i get these symptoms? i never had them before.
