What Causes Sweating With Pain In The Muscles?

Two nights ago I had a really strange feeling going through my body. I am a 50 year old female in fairly good health. I was feeling achy in my back and shoulders. Yesterday morning I awoke and my tshirt was soaked. About 30 minutes after I took a shower and dried my hair, the hair by my neckline was so wet that I had to dry it a second time with my drier. My mucles in my back and legs started to ache. I can take ibuprofen and it lessens the achiness. This morning I still had some sweating when I awoke and my muscles felt achy. I do not have a fever.
